Dunkin'

Stopped while passing through about 5:00pm on 12/27. Absolutely terrible service. The three girls that were working didn't even acknowledge us as we approached the counter. Nobody came to take our order so assumed we had to use the kiosk. We ordered 2 drinks and 3 donuts. One made our drinks and then went back to talking and cleaning and just didn’t give us the rest of our order. After a few minutes my husband said “excuse me, can we get the rest of our order” and instead of looking at the order she just asked us what we had. Got to the car to leave and she gave us the wrong donuts. Took the bag back in, and stood there for a couple minutes with the bag in my hand, one made eye contact but then looked away while they talked. This is my favorite dunkin location everyone is friendly here, very welcoming environment. There is a girl who works there, usually in at the drive through window, who is VERY kind, she has the best customer service.. Thank you for always greeting my family with a smile and your kindness. :)

I door dashed 4 donuts and got 2 bagels and 2 pumpkin loafs. I beg you never come to this store worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will pay you to go to a different Dunkin ’ Donuts.

I have a health condition and I always order decaf coffee at this location. Multiple times, they’ve given me regular coffee instead. Today, when I called it out, the gentleman at the counter told me, ‘We don’t have decaf, this is the same thing.’ That is dangerous, careless, and unacceptable. Serving the wrong coffee to someone who cannot have caffeine puts lives at risk. If I get sick or worse, this store will be responsible. Customers deserve honesty and care, not laziness and excuses. This location needs serious retraining before someone gets hurt.

Just got a medium iced with milk with caramel. Super simple, but it just hits right.
