The girls that work there are awesome, I would just avoid ordering when the manager is working(drives the silver audi with the rejected inspection, if you see that in the lot avoid), he rushed my food, gave me a half frozen sandwich, and when I tried to ask him about it to get it fixed he just spoke a bunch of portugués and ran away. This was a couple weeks ago, I gave him a chance to help me next time he saw me but it's been a few trips and just doesn't care, suprised he is a manager
The guy working there today was super rude. I am a regular customer of Dunkin at various locations, but have never experienced such rudeness
Absolutely the worst dunkin donuts in MA! Very highly recommend avoiding at all cost! Employees are slow, unmotivated, and extremely rude! When you tell them something is wrong with your order they ignore what you're saying and tell you why they are right! The owner needs to straighten things out here.
Don't go on the weekends. The employees there have no idea what to do and coffee tastes like cabbage. Week days are a little better. Go inside though nobody answers at the drive thru even though they say it's open.
Clean, staff great ..manager goes out his way to provide the best service !! Highly recommend best Dunkin’s In the district
