The staff here is excellent, I have never been in a chain doughnut shop before, I was buying doughnuts for someone else and they helped me with every selection. Truly appreciate these wonderful humans! Thank you!
I was very unpleasant with the “hot” food. I will never come back and support this Dunkin’s I will go to somewhere else. Customers it was ok but why is my food cold dude. I don’t get mad but if it comes to my food you’re playing with my money and my stomach. Never again
I stop by here quite often for a frozen coffee and the entire staff is always so friendly and attentive. They have some very busy mornings with donuts, pickup orders, etc. but the team appears to coordinate work very well together. HOWEVER, as for Corporate, get an ice machine that isn't broken every other week. It is frustrating to come in and you can't get a frozen drink because the machine is down AGAIN. This is only reason for change from 5 star to 4 star.
They never get your order right they mistreat there newer employees and a shift leader I believe is Alyssa is very very rude to newer employees from what I’ve seen she sits back while they are in a rush with no help and she gives a lot of attitude when you ask them to fix your drink I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next Dunkin' I’ve given too many chances.
I ordered Uber eats from this location and they accepted the order knowing they were completely out of donuts and Uber charged me $12 due to the restaurant accepting my order
