There were 2 old indian ladies working there this morning around 7:45 a.m. September 29,2025. They were very unprofessional not only to me but everyone else around me ordering they got my order wrong along with 2 other people that complained about a wrong order. On top of that they had the audacity to give a nasty face to us. This is a very calm and collective community theres no space for this type of unprofessionalism especially when everyone needs their morning coffee to go work and start their day. Please fix this issue as soon as possible before i get corporate involved. Thank you!
I’ve always gone to this location because usually they make my drink perfect. Today. Today im facing possible food poisoning. I ordered my caramel craze ICED latte. At 2:44pm I should NOT have to worry about if the employee actually follow PROPER PROTOCOL WITH MILK. The ICED latte, no matter the espresso shot, should be served cold or chilled. Imagine my surprise WHEN THE CUP WAS WARM BUT THE TOP WAS COOL. Meaning you left that HOT MILK OUT ALL DAY WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD IF YOU GET PEOPLE SICK. You didn't keep it refrigerated or chilled on ice. $8 for a drink I had to throw out after two sips because my stomach said throw this up NOW. This is why you don't put people who don't understand the concept that you get your customers sick your business will shut down in jobs they care nothin
I have been drinking coffee from Dunkin Donuts for 7 years. Today I ordered coffee from this branch. The first time I bought the coffee, it was completely different. It tasted like the worst kind of coffee. I went back and asked to change it. The employees were nice and gave me another one instead, but the same coffee. I think they use coffee from a different source in this branch, not from Dunkin. Please be careful about the taste of what you have been drinking for years. You will find a different taste, the same as the coffee from Dali.
Love this place service is great. Very nice people.
I ordered a medium iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. She didn’t tell me the price and I waited 15 minutes and they had an attitude with me the whole time. They said if I was in a rush, I should’ve went somewhere else.
