Dunkin'

Was eating my bag of doughnut holes and saw 5+ ants crawling in the bag and on the doughnuts. I immediately spit out my food. The food and coffee was cold too. If you zoom in the picture you can see ants.

Slow and unfriendly service, stale chewy bagels and the egg tastes like burnt plastic. This has become the norm with every Dunkin I have visited lately. The bagels are consistently stale and the coffee is not consistent. I always have to check before I pull away because I’ve wasted so much money on poorly made and unpleasant tasting coffee. This morning my breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly and I watched the employee piece together two separate used bagels lying to the side to make my new sandwich. Seriously? Small portions, expensive and the food is consistently terrible. Please do better Dunkin. This has become the norm across the board for this chain.

If you’re trying to get your order in under 20 minutes, avoid this place. Apparently this location does not function under the banner of “fast food.” There were 4 people ahead of me getting regular stuff like a coffee, all for only 1 guy to not only take the order but to also make each order at the speed of an endangered 90 year old gopher tortoise. Couldn’t even place my order after being in line for over 20 minutes. Hire more staff or get a faster employee

It’s sometimes crazy busy, but what I love is that they are fast and efficient. The early morning crew is my favorite. Mobile orders are easy. And I can get gas at the same time :). Highly recommended from a DD addict.

An lactose intolerant, ONLY request OAK MILK in my iced caramel coffee with whip cream, last 2 times having me running to the toilet AND it shouldn't if NOT using milk! No more drive thru for me, this is why I need to SEE you make my coffee, JUST FOR THIS REASON!😐🥺
