They always take so long to take care of the customers and I just went this morning and a an blonde hair color lady treat me like a dog and giving me attitude because she asked me what was the Dunkin address just because I told her that I was picking an order up I provide her the name of the person that ordered the food and she was rude asking me what was her job address like I don’t understand how people thinks sometimes like w
Went in and stood at counter for 10 minutes along with another customer and the male employee was sound asleep. We both left after the 10 minutes and went to the other one less than a mile away.
ABSOLUTELY one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to every time I go there it always smells and the tables are dirty too plus the employees there look like they hate there job as if they don’t wanna be there u can just see it in there face. Weird. It’s like they can only be nice to customers they know rather than all the other customers like why don’t u be nice to everyone!!
I went to dunkin' donuts this morning I do not appreciate the way the associate was talking to me slamming everything and she threw my food in front of my face. She has bad customer service she needs to be retrained again on how to talk to customers. This is not the first time this situation happened when I go to this dunkin' donuts. And I want my money back since I'm not satisfied with my service and this happens all the time.
Was waiting at the counter for about 15seconds not one employee present, both walked out from back; one without a mask, the other one helped me but just stood at the counter with no greeting. Wished me a nice day, though
