Dunkin'

Waited over 5 mins for someone to come to the regisrer while all 6 or 7 employees was working with the drivethrough or cleaning. Coffee was wrong, food was wrong, service was incabable of dealing with stress of having multible food orders. I watch over 6 meals go out for the drivethrough whike i waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich.

Asked for a toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese on the side, we pull out of the place and the bagel isn’t toasted!!!?! And it looks like it was cut with a butter knife! I’m soooo sick of Dunkin! May have to avoid it, it’s just sooo frustrating!

Parking lot is hazardous... no toilet paper or running water in restrooms...disgusting.. when I told the girl at counter, she just laughed...

I entered the lobby where I was the only customer there and was ignored by the staff. I used the kiosk and the staff acknowledged another customer who came in after me. he received his order before mine even though i ordered ahead. It was my first visit here and the place was filthy.

This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh. If I lived closer I would make this my daily dunkin!
