I stood in line and watched a group of kids about five of them who are all in dunkin'.Donuts employees stand there in a group and talk for at least two and a half minutes three and a half minutes while I stood there and waited to place my order.None of them came and asked me what I would like.They just continued to talk in their little group like little high school.Kids and I made a little video of them all standing in their little gang and ignoring customers when they come to do an order
The manager was very rude and annoying. She yelled at us for "ordering something that wasn't on the menu" when it clearly was. I'm not sure why we got charged $15 dollars for a small $3.50 refresher and a $5 meal deal, but we did. They wouldn't refund us either. The cashier made my drink incorrectly, so it didn't taste good. The wraps we got were burnt and tasted disgusting. Also, the screen with the menu on it stopped working when we were trying to look at it. Luckily we had already ordered. Not a fan of this Dunkin.
Employees were very nice, and accommodating. Great experience.
Restaurant Manger is so rude. The cashier accidentally charged us more than what we ordered and the manager refused to make it right and give us a refund. She was very mean and crabby. They also messed up our food. I don’t recommend this Dunkin
Cost more to refill small DD travel mug then it does for a small coffee?? Online states the store opens at 4:00 A.M. not today the gal that was working was standing in front of the front doors smoking a cigg. And complaining to the woman working at the gas station about how there lucky she's there. After she walked back inside at 4:05 I drove around to the drive thru box where I waited for an additional 4 minutes, when I proceeded to the window I watched the gal walk in the back to grab her till. She placed it on the counter and opened the window and let me know there not supposed to be open until 4:30 but haven't changed the hours yet. So I replied so you open up at 4:00?? She then asked well what do you want, so I asked for a large hot 8 cream 3 sugars, and a refill 3 creams 3 sugars. W
