Dunkin'

Their coffee tastes like burnt water. And donuts are not fresh anymore because they don't make them on site. McDonald's, Circle K and Wawa coffee are all superior and far less expensive than Dunkin.

I am from Chicago and growing up, my favorite "treat" at Dunkin was always the Vanilla Cream Donuts!!! They stopped making/carrying them up by me, decades ago. THANK YOU FLORIDA DUNKIN, you made this 57 year old very very happy by having Vanilla Cream Donuts!!!!! TO HELL WITH THE DIET, I AM ON VACATI0N!!!! The staff was exceptional.

I ordered triple mocha frozen but it didn’t taste at all like it should’ve and neither was it frozen like how it should be when you receive it. Went in and told them about it, only to be asked if I wanted more syrup instead of making a new one. This is the first time in all my time ordering from various distant dining locations that my usual drink did not taste at all the way it should’ve.

Overall, the service was great. However, I am withholding a five-star rating due to the insufficient staffing. During my visit, only two personnel were present, one taking orders and preparing beverages, while the other managed drive-through orders and food preparation. Ideally, there should have been at least two additional employees present during the morning rush. I had placed a mobile order, and upon observing the clearing line, I noticed my order had not been fulfilled. I had to request the attention of the barista, who promptly addressed my mobile order. Although she efficiently resolved the issue, I firmly believe that adequate staffing would have prevented the delays, ensuring timely completion of my coffee and hash browns, and eliminating the need for me to inquire about my order.
