This lady is so extremely rude. Always gets order wrong and she blames you for her mistake. A lot of attitude and rolling eyes. Very unwelcoming place.
Not one of the staff spoke English. Waited 30 minutes and after multiple complaints finally received my bagel. They completely forgot about my order. Avoid.
Food is great and not the customer service. Staff, atleast a couple, were upset and showing that on customers. You don't wanna start your day with such a way. I would avoid my breakfast at this location for sure to have a pleasant morning.
Like so many others have said, every visit to this location is a terrible experience. The associates are always rude and orders are never right if they are made at all. Today was the last straw for me. Never going back again. My Avocado toast was completely burnt and inedible, coffee was leaking all the way home.
They walked away while I were ordering then had me standing there waiting to pay and still made my drinks wrong
