Slowest service ever! Been waiting for more than 10 mins have not ordered yet. 5 people before me.
There should be an option of zero stars. Horrible service. I asked for a large French vanilla swril ice coffee, light n sweet. They gave me a French vanilla ice coffee. There is a big difference then to charge me for what I wanted and do the opposite. These people need to be fired. Plain and simple. Poorly ran. I don't recommend this place. Clearly not light and no sugar nor swirl at bottom.
The team working today (8/9, 5pm) was incredibly kind and patient. I had a great experience here. Thank you!
Customer service is really bad they should be nicer to people
Went in to get breakfast, I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel. We got a bagel sandwich and nothing else, we went to kindly ask if we can get the right order we paid for and instead gave attitude and just gave the plain bagel and no breakfast sandwich. Overall, terrible customer service.
