Dunkin'

I have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts location for over 15 years, often stopping in for coffee during the week and occasionally on weekends. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Today, my 11-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom when we stopped in. I informed the cashier that I was purchasing coffee and asked if my son could use the restroom. She smiled, told me it was closed, and directed me to another employee. That employee, who was taking out the garbage, also denied access—explaining that the restroom had just been cleaned. At this point, my son was in visible discomfort. Recently overhauled and redesigned, this is my favorite of many Dunkin’s. I order on the app, and my order is usually waiting for me by the time I walk from my car. Normally a college age male and female are behind the counter. Never on their phones. Usually conversing with one another, but always working. And fast. Never have they told me they were out of what I ordered, like other locations. Coffee is consistently hot and delicious. Clean store, with seating. And they sometimes give my grandson free Munchkins.

They toast the bagel for your egg sandwich in the convection oven not the conveyor toaster. This just makes the bagel hard not toasted. Makes a difference at 5:30 am. Other than that the folks are nice and it seems clean.

Dunkin' Donuts is a very good breakfast restaurant. They serve your coffee pretty fast and they also serve bacon egg and cheese on a bagel within 5 minutes. The downfall of this is that it's a small Dunkin' donuts and there's always a lot of people in there.

This place is a bit hidden and kind of in a dark area of the neighborhood, very poor lighting so it’s hard to see the parking stalls properly, however the staff was super and the coffee was great! I can confidently say I recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick cup of coffee.
