Dunkin'

I went to 446 Lafayette Seabrook location march7 about 5:00. I ordered a new large iced banana and hazelnut coffee turbo. I used my app. Unfortunately I didn’t like the new banana flavor. I went inside to ask them if I could just get a Carmel iced turbo instead. I had only taken 1 sip of the coffee. The blonde girl working was so rude! She said, “too bad if u don’t like it that’s just life.” They can’t make me a new coffee because I didn’t like it. She said I would have to pay for a whole new coffee. She embarrassed me and made me never want to go there again. I couldn’t believe how she could talk to someone like that. I left my coffee on the counter. The girl wouldn’t tell me her name. She mocked me saying what’s ‘your’ name. She told me there was no supervisor there.

Whoever the barista was tonight at around 8:30pm (11/16/2025) made my drinks really really well. Every other time I come here, my drinks come out like dogwater. I think this is the first time in a literal year that I had a good drink from here. Give her a raise I'm serious. When her review comes around, you better be giving her like five stars.

Fan of the mobile ap, as I am quite busy. It's a 50 / 50 chance things go well, orders are left on the counter behind the order shelves and customers have to reach over and retrieve their orders themselves. Tossing food on the counter is also very professional.

To busy gossiping about other employees, rude to me and my mother when we waited 30 mins for two teas because they are to busy complaining about not having a day off. The cashier didnt even realize she already took our order. Contacting corporate

I go to this Dunk's everyday. I just love the staff, always friendly and helpful!! Megan and Bailey are my favorites!! Keep up the good work ladies!! ✌️
