This guy told me he has white and wheat bread available although there was obviously other options behind him... this is horrible service and hes in the wrong industry if the gentleman didn't want to do his job.
Tried to get hot water employee wouldn't give it to me unless I brought a cup, I would've brought some thing else employee was obnoxious and very unfriendly
Only If I could give negative points I would give this place -100. The workers were extremely rude and kept cursing just becaue I placed an order. Did not make the order properly completely messed up. Made coffee instead of hot chocolate. Nothing positive to say about the service. Horrible!
The worst service I have ever seen. This woman has to be fired. Messed my order yesterday. Ok it happens. The next day she gave me my order to another person and even though it was my line. She was very aggressive. #DunkinDonuts do you provide training for your stuff? Why do they screw up your business reputation?
The hot chocolate and maybe the others drinks are a robbery, they give you like 1 Oz. less of the cup, then when you ask them, they said that it was the "machine problem" an they can't fix it. I would like to rate it with -1.
