Dunkin'

I feel bad because the young girl at the register had no clue what she was doing. Service slow compared to those behind me not bad my girl and kids ordered after me and it took over 20 minutes. Rushed out to let the dogs out quick as this was supposed to be a quick stop. Then realized they got my order wrong too. If you want a quick fill up and meal skip this DD. Gas station was nice they’re dog friendly have a pet area and nice restrooms

I have gone to this specific Dunkin a few times now and every time I order everything bagel bites they are completely cold in the middle. so this time i tried to ask them to warm them up extra and they were still cold in the middle. I dont know what the problem is because other dunkins dont have this problem.

2 out of 3 items where wrong. I ordered 10 regular donut holes and got pumpkin flavored but not even 10, I only got 9. I also ordered a Coolatta and got an iced coffee.

Worst Dunkin I've shopped at. Been here several times... They never seem very interested in high customer service 🙄

You have to have actual expresso added to your coffee because they use coffee flavored syrup. They need better training in making halfway decent coffee. I ordered the brown sugar shaken expresso but they didn't sweeten it with sugar of any kind. Refused to remake my drink or give refund. To expensive to taste like garbage. Absolutely disappointed. Would recommend Sapp Bros gas station coffee over Dunkin any day. Especially for the price.
