Dunkin'

I arrived around 4:15 and another customer was already being helped by the staff. I was never greeted and after waiting about 15 minutes I was then greeted and asked what I needed. I was there too pick up a dozen donuts. I made sure to ask how fresh the donuts were which the staff informed me of which ones were fresher than others. And as she's informing me of this I see flies in the case which, I brought to her attention and she responded with yeah I know, all I had to go on was to pick out the donuts that the fly did not land on. The glazed donuts had literally no glaze on them and were extremely dry (which my daughter tried and she called it a biscuit) the donuts was not as fresh as I would have liked, very disappointing visit.

Literally it's called laziness. Burnt crap bacon who serves black burnt to a crisp bacon? Sugar bacon I get is suppose to be crispy. Puts burnt bacon on the bottom and nice great tasting stuff on the bottom. If you are out say you are and not give me burnt bacon. So uncalled for. No idea how mad I am. Won't go back I was eating it blind until I put burnt bacon in my mouth. That's how I knew it was burnt. I didn't expect it. Eating without looking at this place should come with caution signs.

Maria assistant manager very professional. Left my change at the drive thru and she said come right in. Had my receipt and she was in top of it. Great leader for that location.

Morgan and Destiny are always so friendly and willing to help. I love coming here for ice cream and coffee.
