Dunkin'

Severely understaffed. Cannot keep up with orders and will prioritize drive thru no matter no long you have been waiting. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 coffees because the two kids in the back couldn't keep up with all the orders by themselves. Was the only person inside and if I hadn't asked would have sat even longer. Ridiculous, another customer waited 10 minutes to have their order taken. Pay people or shut down

Less than ideal. The staff member barely spoke to me, didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke or offer a receipt. The real issue was my “coffee” was a cup of hot water with cream. It was not coffee and ended up being thrown out because it wasn’t drinkable. It was a waste of time, money and creamer. It didn’t even smell faintly of coffee. I understand malfunctions but since it was dead and I was the only customer at that time, I’d expect someone to notice they’re serving hot water with cream. Lame visit.

Turnover is crazy at this location, different staff everyday. Ordered a large ice coffee almond milk and sugar and they did extra mocha and extra sugar it was disgusting I threw it away immediately Waste of 10 bucks

Very busy location. That's fine because coffee will be fresh, great service. I purchase my whole bean coffee beans here, nothing like a fresh ground cup of coffee of start my day but when I'm on the road I stop here first for breakfast, friendly and prompt service.

If prefer zero stars. Absolutely slowest and poorly run dunkins I've ever been to.
