I placed an online order SPECIFICALLY asking for LESS ICE in my drink. I usually get less or no ice in my drinks because I have ice here at my workplace, so there really is no need to have ice. I payed $1.25 extra for a large drink to have less ice than usual. As soon as I get my order, there is more ice than Antarctica!! I work in fast food/customer service, it’s not that hard to fulfill a customers request, A simple request at that! There was not one, but TWO stickers stating LESS ICE!!! I guess no one has 20/20 vision anymore to miss this request!!! This is not the first time that this has happened, I usually turn a blind eye because hey you never know what happened. But for this to happen countless times is UNACCEPTABLE! Hey management maybe train your employees to do their job right!

Today I placed a customized order for 30 donuts. When I picked up my order via drive-thru, I was informed there were no vanilla frosting donuts. I said ok. My order included plain glazed and chocolate donuts as well as chocolate sprinkle and strawberry sprinkle donuts. Instead of my $40 order being half correct, the crew there decided it was ok to give me 30 strawberry sprinkle donuts! How does a store with "Donuts" in its name completely mess this up? My order was for my son's birthday and I am beyond upset that my order wasn't even half correct. I was told there was no vanilla, but I didn't think the crew would decide to leave out my other donuts as well. Ordering via the mobile app is worthless and stores constantly have problems. Completely ridiculous. How does one mess up donuts when

I’m done coming here. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but literally every single time I come here, our order is wrong…every time. I used to find out when I’d get home or was too far away to go back, but now I check before I leave. And they actually act annoyed at me when I tell them my order is wrong. Something really needs to be done about this store… better management, better training, something. But actually, it doesn’t even matter because I’m done giving them chances. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Every single time we put an order here, there are issues. We can order a bacon sandwich and they’ll give us sausage. I can order a caramel macchiato and they don’t add the caramel. I’ll order a bagel sandwich, add cream cheese (where I’m paying extra) and they won’t add the cream cheese. I’ll order the loaded queso hashbrowns, and there won’t be bacon on it and then when we have to get out of the car, go back into the store to correct our order they try to recharge us for the cream cheese, that we already paid extra for. There’s no apology for getting the order wrong and we’re just given an attitude. It’s very frustrating when this happens every.single.time.

THIEVES! I paid for two donuts with cash. I wanted a cup of coffee also for $2.79 so I put that on my debit card. What did she do? She charged the donuts and the coffee on my debit card and pocketed my cash for herself! Didn't find out about it until later that night when I reported them for fraud to my bank. ABSOLUTE THIEVES! This review is also on Yelp so you can't buy your way out of it!
