Dunkin'

Not sure who the older lady is that they have working the opening shifts recently but they gotta get rid of her man. Every time i see her, she rushes me so hard she practically throws the bags in my face and every single time without fail its not what i ordered at all. And im usually one of maybe 2 cars there so idk what the rush is about. This has happened a handful of times now and its honestly my fault at this point im not going back again. Part of me thought itd be different maybe but yeah no its bad😅

It must be really challenging to staff and train younger workers nowadays. I feel old-school saying this, but the work ethic just isn’t there. Waited in the drive-through line 5 to 10 minutes before placing our order. No courtesy from the order taker in the drive-through or when picking up beverage and breakfast sandwich. I don’t blame the younger workers, as much as I blame management for not training them to show appreciation for customers. This must be a competitive retail environment. They should step up their game to hire friendly people, and teach them to show appreciation and gratitude for customers who come through.

Twice I have pulled up to this Dunkin in recent months 5-10 minutes before closing time after waiting in the drive through & when I got to the window, they told me they were closing. Not once but twice. Wicked irritating.

Staff workers are very incompetent. Every order I take there is incorrect. They mess my coffee up every time. The only thing that’s worth it there are donuts. You can’t mess up a donut that’s already made.

Me and my family of 5 went into the store and immediately saw what appeared to be a manager or person of authority screaming incredibly loudly at other employees because she was not doing her own job well enough. I waited in a long line and when I finally reached the end to order they denied me service because I wanted to place a “food order?” I literally asked for a bag of bacon and then seconds later I heard an employee 4 feet away start giving out bacon egg and cheeses to customers who just ordered in front of me. We then waited for our drinks at the pick up place and the woman who appeared to be in a position of authority kept reading receipts instead of doing anything. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes for 3 refreshers. Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin, and the service was g
