Dunkin'

i lived next to this dunkin’ donuts for all 19 years of my life. up until i started going to high school here in 2021, the service has genuinely been so mediocre. and honestly? that’s an understatement. do NOT go to this dunkin’ donuts. go to the one in glendora. for instance, they went into a period of not calling out order numbers. waited almost 20 minutes for my friend’s drink. we go up to ask, tells her someone else took it and proceeded to explain how it was HER fault. i almost lost my mind. they treat the high school kids here like garbage. they started locking the DOORS DURING OPENING HOURS. you think that being located next to a high school, WHICH IS YOUR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME, you’d let them in. guess not and they just wanna miss out on a bunch of money. because of this, i ord

The bagels are rock hard. The donuts stale and they never have the one you want. Coffee is made different every single time i get a different surprise each worse than the last when ordering the same drink. And to top it off customer service is the worst i ever did see. Do better.

I never received such horrible service. The lady at the window is always rude no matter day or time that’s the thing that’s consistent. The food is terrible. The drinks are bad. And my order never is right. The young boy will not listen to your order and ask you to repeat yourself 10 times even with a mobile order that prints the order and somehow it’s still wrong even with it written down

First and last time I will visit this location. Person at window was abrupt. Did not thank me nor offer my receipt.My wrap was half cooked. I waited at window and tried to get attention from someone, anyone so I could get my receipt, it says Salma on my receipt. I noticed the person who gave me the order, throwing up her hands as if to say " what does she want"?". Finally someone came to window, and I asked for receipt. Very poor customer service. You've lost a new customer and I used a gift card I will never get back.

Every time i enter or drive through this establishment the service is so terrible it genuinely infuriates me. I have stopped going to Dunkin for years over the products being poorly made and i just recently returned and i am done again. The service is so bad. They never have any of the products. And ordering on the mobile app is a waste of time because they never have what you ordered and just try to give you random items
