Waited forever at the window of the drive through only to get a bagel for my child that had 2 pieces of plastic in it. Tried to call back to make someone aware and the phone line is a hot mess couldn't get through it only sounded like crappy dial up. Only good thing I can say is the worker at the drive through was nice but everything else considered won't be stopping again .

This is supposed to be a toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich and a decaf iced coffee. Two seemingly simple items yet both are completely wrong. The sandwich is cold eggs between to slices of damp bread. Coffee is not decaf. I stopped going here because everything is always wrong, thought I’d give it another shot. Never again Edit: after reading other reviews it’s glaringly obvious that the owner of this location doesn’t care either, if they did they would have responded to some of the dozens of bad reviews.

can’t get orders right to save their lives. Literally defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering to be able to have the convenience to just pick it up If people are mobile ordering that should be taking away from the time of having to handle the transaction. I’m doing the transaction for you, the LEAST you can do is get the order right. And this is not about one mobile order, multiple at least 70% of the time there is some kind of issue with my mobile orders. Maybe you guys need to start checking boxes or initialing next to the items or something.

The dunking donuts in Rotterdam, 135 W Campbell Ave- Tracey the manager was just awful to her employees. She was screaming and belittling them in front of customers. The girls and young man working were doing their jobs smiling and working hard. I was disgusted and disappointed by Tracey’s behavior.

I got a maple sugar bacon sandwich I go to this location often but today the sandwich tasted off then I bit into a piece of card board paper in the center of my sandwich.:((
