We were very impressed with the hard workers, especially Hope who provided phenomenal customer service. Really good food and really great people. We will definitely come back.

Zero -Star Review – Dunkin’ Roseville, MN I had one of the worst customer experiences at the Dunkin’ in Roseville, MN. I paid for my order, but when something was missing, the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude and dismissive instead of helping me. When I tried to explain the issue politely, I was treated as if I was lying. That is completely unacceptable. I reached out to Dunkin’s corporate office, and although they apologized and offered a $5 gift card, no real action was taken regarding the disrespectful behavior of their staff. A simple gift card doesn’t fix a serious customer service problem. This location clearly lacks proper management and training on how to treat paying customers with respect. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ and hope others think twice before

I often stop here in the morning and have always had exceptional service, delicious food, donuts included. I love their hot lattes. Everything about this place keeps me coming back.

This crew is awesome and hardworking! I had a gentleman by the name of Vernon who took my order on Tuesday. He’s always so informative and has a great attitude! Great location!

I usually order a vanilla cappuccino and toast or sometimes a sandwich. Out of 10 days, 5 days the coffee is just milk, making it the worst experience ever; a paid mood ruiner. Better to hire a good coffee maker
