Dunkin'

I am on the carnivore diet and they did not hesitate to accommodate my request to remove the bun anything from the sandwich that contained added sugar. I will return when I pass through this airport again.

Terrible customer service. The woman gave me a hot drink without a slip and when I asked for a second cup she said it was an extra charge. This was after I gave her a tip. Penny pinching and rude.

The rudest staff I have met at a Dunkin. After ordering a coffee they placed it near the pulls, not where ALL other drinks are placed when they’re ready. This happened before I finished paying, before I had a chance to walk to pickup. Ten minutes later when I asked where my coffee was, the staff pointed to it and demanded I take it, saying they called me several times (they did not). The coffee was lukewarm by this point. The staff was then combative then snarky and asked how many times I would like to be called, called for another drink order, then looked at me and said “See. We call.” Dunkin Executive Management, this is unacceptable behavior.

They didn’t have the coconut milk for the coconut milk iced latte on their menu. The line moves really slow and the employee is working by herself. That must be the reason for her bad attitude. They have no donuts out, and just one muffin that’s flipped over. The drinks on the outside are all disorganized too. Worst experience and service!

Stopped to get a few donuts for the kids and were a bit hard. Seem they were'nt from today. Still ate them though! I guess make sure you get the soft ones!
