Dunkin'

To start with i go here on weekends and Fridays in the morning and the service and food quality is already way below average. Always busy and even after I wait so long the food is barely warm and its soggy. I have started to get breakfast from actual places because of this. This morning (nov 2 ) was so bad I had to Include pictures. Almost 30 doller order and everything that had to be made was made badly or just wrong. Sausage sandwiches are barely ever fully cooked always come out soggy not surprising to me. The loadedHash brown bowls came out with absolutely no cheese.And all chipotle sauce all over it, which I can't even remember.If that is HOW its supposed to be made or not.... Hands down BEST Dunkin on the map! Heather the store manager runs a fair but tight ship! Many long term employees, which speaks to her abilities and good management. Order is never wrong, everything always tastes fresh and made to standard! I’ve frequented many other stores for this franchise, let’s just say they could learn A LOT from Heather!

I pulled up to walk in at 7:53am only to slip in the parking lot and fall back into the car couldn't get any help by phone or in person or by website to complain and when I went to take a photo about 8am that's when they but rocksalt down

When picking up my food at drive through, the lady "yelled" at me "drive up!" only because I couldn't hear her at the beginning and she had to say it again. The Asian lady at the window handing food to me was super friendly, but then another lady (I think she's the one who "yelled") showed up saying they didn't have enough of what I ordered and just put something else in the bag, with a plain tone and without asking if that's okay. I hope she was not having a bad day, but nobody deserves to be treated rudely.
