Dunkin'

Had 10$ gift certificate. Ordered 2 bkfst croissant for $11.62 gave here the card and 2 ones. She comes back and says you have .38 left on your card, do you want it back? What, you max the card then apply the 2$ cash, you should just be handing me back my .38 cents. Yeh, I know it's just a little change but it is still scamming customers. One of the croissant was edible the other ice cold in the middle. Both crossintts were stale.

Had ordered there twice and both times they messed up. Ordered a iced coffee with less ice and both times it was filled completely with ice. I asked for another with less ice and gave me what looked like my coffee before but dumped and added just the milk to my coffee. Didn't even taste like there was any coffee in there anymore.

Just went through the drive thru to get one of their new drinks they can’t even make correctly. And the nasty big white lady at the window and speaker was rude, no customer service but I mean looking at the stores reviews you can tell yall don’t care. Can’t even answer the phone

Quite possibly the worst dunkin donuts I've ever visited. They are always out of items and it's always "we'll have it tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. I've given them chance after chance and each time it's disappointment after disappointment and the staff ... they never seems to care. They all have an "it is what it is attitude". Never provide solutions or alternatives. There may as well be a kiosk there in replace of the staff. It's like communicating to a brick wall. A kiosk screen would be 10x better. I give up . I will go to a different location. And if you're thinking it's the time day that I go, I've tried morning, noon and evening. It's no better at anytime.

We went through the drive through and headed back home. We didn't take our first sips until we got home to realize the drink they made us was wrong. After finishing what we needed to at home, we went back with our drinks to let them know it was wrong. They apologized and made our drinks correctly right away. There was no one in lobby so we stayed drinking our lattes and watching Jeopardy on TV. The reason I'm giving this experience a favorable rating is because we all make mistakes. It's how you respond to it that makes the difference. They were polite, friendly and apologized right away.
