Dunkin'

It is a shame on my part not to remember the woman who is always here when I stop in. Great service, and my order is correct. Only good part about going to the hospital is the view and this spot.

For the amount you pay for their food, it shouldn’t be cold. I’ve tried on numerous occasions only to get uncooked snack’n bacon and cold hash browns. And of course, I didn’t have time to check as I am stopping before work. This is totally unacceptable.

I love DUNKIN coffee. Asked clerk IF the coconut donut is a yeast and not a cake donut, I will buy it. She said it was a yeast donut. So i bought it. When I bit into it, it was NOT a yeast donut. Wasn't going to return it. I mentioned to her that there is a difference. She brushed me off and said it's close. I beg to differ. Some people don't care to educate themselves. Uggh. I ordered the sourdough grilled cheese. It was amazing!

Staff are extremely quick to fill an order. A more modest selection of foods since it's a small space, but it'll do in a pinch if the cafeteria in the hospital is closed/limited in the morning.

I don't know how they got 4 stars. They are so slow and they messed up my order twice already completely. It's as if they didn't even try to get the order right. I won't come back.
