Dunkin'

I will say I have been coming to this store for a few months and read the reviews before writing this. The manager"V" is a kind, caring person who has been nothing but great since coming here. The rest of the staff has always been great too. I appreciate everyone in here. I feel bad the public posting some pretty stupid reviews about this place is unfair based on quality people working here trying to support themselves and families. * It does take longer somedays than others. Take into account there aren't alot of stores in that area. Also times are busier than others. Some reviewers don't get it. * If a store is out of something it is waiting for a delivery (beyond staffs control in most cases). I’m not sure what the problem is with all Dunkin donuts locations preventing customers from using Public restrooms that were built and provided for customer use. If the establishment doesn’t want the public to use the restrooms, then the establishment should remove the restrooms, or at minimum place proper signage indicating that their public bathrooms are not meant for public use. In addition, the woman that claims she “runs” the store and it’s her store is rude, obnoxious, using foul language, with customers. She should NOT be in customer service role. Worst service in 50 years of living. In addition, this employee called the cops claiming I threatened her. Which is far from the truth and an absolute lie. She’s not bright because there’s cameras everywhere to prove the interaction.

Everything was fine there except that today there was a swarm of yellow jackets zipping around even by the drive thru order kiosk. They had been keeping that under control by Spraying down that area and the pick up window. I didn't dare roll my window down. Please fix this DD.

The service was excellent and the facility was very clean. The service was expedient. The staff has changed since the last time I was here definitely seems much more organized.

Crazy how almost every time I get a Carmel latte I say I’m allergic to cinnamon please don’t put it they do every time! Then I tried to call to let them know and they neverrrrrr answer the phone!
