Dunkin'

So I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts because my son said they had a bucket of coffee, He lives in Austin. I’m not a huge fan of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but I wanted to get that bucket for the experience. I had my grandson with me Who’s 14. We go through the drive-through and the lady told me that they don’t have the buckets of coffee that that’s not in the United States. I said well, my son got one in Austin, Genuinely curious why this location didn’t have it. I was just gonna order another coffee and be done with it until her reply was, (((then Maybe you should go to Austin))). I was actually offended, and it takes a lot to offend me. Like I was kind of speechless. I just drove off. I did not catch her name. I ended up not ordering anything. I am a server I’ve been with the same restau

We went to get coffee and breakfast, I was greeted at the drive through with “what do you want” which first of all very rude. Then we got told to pull up didn’t even tell us the price. We paid at the window and pulled up and waited for the food (we were the only people in the drive through) then once we get out coffee and food my coffee is wrong and our hash browns are completely squished. That’s ridiculous I’ve never had this experience at dunkin before. Also our sandwiches tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day and like it had been reheated. Absolutely ridiculous!

Am very disappointed I always get my breakfast from here while going to work and accept good food that why I pay money for it . Today is Monday August 18 order egg and cheese croissant I always get yellow cheese and good egg inside today I just open my food and I found this kind of egg where is so small and cheese look so disgusting and the eggs looks so old and not fresh . . Am regular customer am very disappointed One more review to be added here On Monday sep 15 I had already placed order before 15 mins and it’s still not ready I came in the store the lady told she doesn’t have caramel and I have to wait for the review . Very bad customer service services !

Got the Caramel Craze Signature Latte - iced! So good! Need a break from work and came here for a coffee. I was served immediately - no waiting at 2:30p. Very clean store with lots of parking. This location also has a drive through.

Update: The following is from my most recent visit on 2/4/24 and will also include the purchase of a cup made on 12/20/24 for the price of $16.23. Regarding the cup it states that it 24oz and it absolutely is not and that’s deceptive. My Starbucks cup that actually 24oz is much larger and is accurate. I was told someone would look into it and I have yet to receive a response. I just want my money back. The visit on 2/4/24 was really bad food wise. And I decided to say something. All the years I’ve purchased the turkey sausage wake up wrap I have never been given the half patty like what’s shown in all of the advertisements of its debut.
