Dunkin'

Today's visit reminds me of why I don't come to dunkin often; I like their drinks, food, and prices, but I rarely get exactly what I order. I got the 5$ meal deal(Med. Coffee, hash brown and wakeup wrap). I requested decaf + light ice on the coffee and no hash browns. I was told it would cost more without the hash browns and I could just throw them away if I dont want them. I pointed out that I dont want to waste food and asked if they could simply not make them, which they did agree to, but I find it rather appalling that the suggestion was even made. I also was watching as they made my coffee, and they definitetly did not do light ice. The BEST Dunkin' in the area hands down! 👍 ..... Big seating area. Friendly staff. The place is always super clean & well decorated. 👌 I recommend the specialty donuts that are made on-site. Delicious! 🍩 🥐🧋🥯 🍩

I visited this Dunkin for the first time & ordered a Frozen White Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee & Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin. The coffee was a terrible flavor as I think whoever made it put entirely too much syrup & I couldn’t sip it due to it not being blended enough, so the ice kept sticking in the straw. The muffin had a weird red dot on the bread. Not sure if it’s blood, icing, or some other substance. Will not be returning.

One of my regular Dunkins. Fast drive thru and they rarely make mistakes.

One of the worst Dunkins around. Went through the drive thru this morning. They took my order. I reach the window and they give me someone else's order. Then have me go to the second window and wait just to tell me that they never got my order taken like what. I told her just to forget about it and left what a joke.
