Great food and great people working there. Made my iced coffee perfectly. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and hash browns. Everything was nice inside. Nice place to sit and have breakfast.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering ahead. My order was confirmed at the speaker, but when I got to the window they had no idea what to do. I had ordered a hot oatmilk latte. I got to work and I seem to have not only a dairy latte, but there is no espresso in it. I have a warm milk. The telephone number does not work when you call to inquire about it. Emailed customer service to try to get a refund and some training tips for the staff. 🤦🏼‍♀️

On Saturday the 7th around 8:00 AM , I encountered an employee who was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Her behavior made me uncomfortable, and the level of customer service was disappointing. I hope this can be addressed so this won’t happen again. The other younger employees working were nothing but pleasant and sweet it was just the older later.

Ordered a sandwich with the app, they got the order wrong even though I placed it correctly. Had to drive all the way back, and when I arrived didn't get any form of an apology. I informed the shift manager that my order was wrong, she TOOK it from me, then said "you're all set" after giving me a new sandwich. I even kindly went back after give her a chance to do ANYTHING and she said said "you're good to go". No attempt at an apology, no attempt to compensate for my lost time and aggravation, took the food which was prepared incorrectly that they should have let me keep, and overall a bad attitude on top of everything. Terrible customer service. I will say, my initial contact at the drive through window with the non-managers was friendly and smooth, but that does not make up for the terri
