Wish I never came here in the first place. I started noticing issues after my kids had already begun eating, which made the whole experience even more upsetting. I normally cook at home, but this morning I just didn’t have it in me, so I stopped at this location and honestly, never again. The environment felt sketchy from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. The bacon and hash browns had odd colors that did not look safe. And the worst part? Two donuts in the box looked like they had been bitten. 🤢 That is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially one serving families. I should’ve checked reviews beforehand😭I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. And the worst part everything listed to even contact corporate is a fail. I ordered coffee, sausage croissant and two Bavarian custard filled donuts. The donuts I got are filled with some kind of chocolate cream, definitely not what I ordered. The staff was friendly but I verified twice that the donuts were filled with custard and that's not what I got.

Stopped in as it was close to the hotel. Walked in and up to the counter to order. However, the five employees that were there did not acknowledge us. Stood there for about a minute, still nothing. Went to the kiosk to order. One of the employees was struggling to find the old fashion donuts. I pointed to them on the bottom rack in the case. She said thank you. Then finally an employee came over and asked to take our order. When I said we ordered at the kiosk she looked annoyed. We had ordered four old fashion donuts but now there were only three left. Employee said I will have to make another choice. I asked for our order to be canceled and refunded. She was going to call her manager, really. Why have employees working if no one can do a refund/cancelation. We picked out an

Ordered the Wicked donut tray and two hashbrown cups via mobile order. Arrived and waited 10 mins for the person to even come on the speaker, told them I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull to the window. Once at the window, I was handed one hashbrown cup and was told have a great day. Told them, no I have 2 of these and the wicked tin of donut holes. Guy seemed annoyed, closed the window and came back with the tin shown in the photos. Paid $10 for this. Also, had to mention a second time that I needed another hashbrown cup to complete my order. Guy said "yeah, I know", closed the window again and came back like 3 mins later and asked me to pull up to the second window. Sat another 5 mins for him to bring me this hashbrowns. Not impressed with the quality of the items I purchased

It's good to have them in the area, friendly people but it feels a little disorganized, not enough experience yet, but they will get there, and I don't mean that in a bad way, they always have a smile on their face, they are friendly, but by noon, I don't think you'll find the donut that you want because they will be out. It could be better, and I think they will get there.
