Adorable store, amazing staff and food And I absolutely love their coffee Ty guys🩷

11/9/24, went inside to order with my friend who happens have a severe gluten allergy around 5pm. Right away when she informed the cashier of this and that she wanted no bread with her meal, he started chuckling and giving her looks and making her feel uncomfortable. He most definitely appeared to be under the influence of something and was giving us terrible service all while overall being rude and unwelcoming. We won’t be back.

Only have gone through the drive through which is always a pleasant experience

The coffees were fine, but the service was very slow. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we gave our drivethru order, but for whatever reason, it took 20 minutes to get to the window. No complaint with the order, just seemed a little odd to be waiting so long at a fast food place that primarily serves drinks.. like, what was the holdup?

Their customer service was spectacular! Today when I was ordering my iced coffee, I dropped two of them on the way out. They splatted right on the sidewalk! I rushed in to tell one of the employees what happened, and asked for a new lid and coffee. They served up a new cup in seconds and I showed them my credit card. They insisted that since I dropped my coffee, I wouldn’t have to pay for the replacement. I was overcome with gratitude. The employees deserve a raise! 😊
