If I could give this place -5 star, today would be the day. I went to the drive thru to order a “golden hour refresher with green tea” and the lady on the drive thru asks me “what’s that??” So i repeated my order “a golden hour refresher with green tea” and she was still silent so I started naming the ingredients because the Dunkin employee doesn't know her drinks… as I was naming the ingredients she cuts me off and says she “couldn’t serve me because I was being rude”. For one I wouldn’t be rude to someone who is serving me drinks or food, I’ve worked in fast food service before… I know how that goes… I had my husband in the car who was driving but I still had to be the one to talk over him because he refuses to order anything at this specific location. How do you pull up to the drive through and ask for a muffin and orange juice and someone says you have to come into the gas station for them. Why have a drive through?
