I am leaving 2 stars because I placed my order for curbside pickup, meaning someone will bring it out to me. Well I guess that’s not what it means here. Sat in the parking lot waiting about 10 min before getting out and seeing my order on the counter. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you’re not going to honor it. Otherwise the strawberry daydream refresher was amazing.
This is the first DD that I’ve been in that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and our drinks came out quickly despite it being very busy. The employees seemed liked they actually wanted to be there which is almost never the case any time I’ve been in a DD. Great job to the management and staff.
Seems like the Dunkin’ Donuts in Charlotte are going completely downhill…. When in 40 minutes to an hour before close and all the donuts were thrown away. Every single one. Ask the manager why and he gave me a half answer with a stuck up attitude. Ugh yuck.
The previous review about old donuts is completely wrong. I COME HERE EVERYDAY and even see them throw away donuts that don't get sold before closing at 8. They get fresh donuts daily. Being a daily customer, the customer service is GREAT. I stay beside another dunkin donuts and drive 15 minutes just to come here. I'm greeted promptly and given fast service. I wouldn't come here daily if it weren't good...... PLEASE BRING HEATHER BACK
I tried so hard not to leave a wonky review because I’ve been to this location for yearrrrs! The new manager is just all over the place and trying so hard that’s it’s just hindering the entire experience. I went there two times this morning to get a coffee and it was packed. After my order was made incorrectly I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me my money and just letting the situation go she insisted on explaining why the coffee wasn’t right and why it was so crowded. It was just too much for a Friday morning. When I informed her I didn’t want my coffee remade she said “well get back in line to get yo refund then.” Keep in mind by now I had already been I. Here for 20 mins.
