Dunkin'

I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one

The guy on drive thru was so rude, I have never experienced someone as rude and nasty as he was, very ignorant and no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never in my 23 years put a review at all but something had to be done. All I needed was one second to look over the menu. And he was super sarcastic. Saying “oh take your time it’s not like you’re on the drive thru.” When there was no one behind me and I just pulled up. And continued being sarcastic throughout the whole time there.

This was one of the worst human interactions I’ve had in my entire life. What are your requirements to work here? Seems like you guys hire anyone. Guy working the drive through did not say one word to me, just laughed in my face when I asked him for my receipt. He refused to say one word to me. Avoid this Dunkin!!

The guy on the speaker/drive thru was HORRIBLE. Worst experience at Dunkin! I’ve had a fair share of disappointment at Dunkin’s but this one was by far the absolute worst. When someone is so rude and disrespectful, they make your food with distaste and no love. My Sabrina shaken espresso was super bitter and had no sweetness at all! It was literally coffee and a splash of milk. No flavor. Just overall disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately. Please find better staff for your windows.

I usually don't leave reviews but this dunkin is one of the worst. I use the drive thru pay for my order and they tell me to come in, I go in to get my food and end up waiting another 10 minutes. The food was cold and I was missing a drink. The lady says I didn't order a drink. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes so I left
