Customer Reviews
Normally I have no problem with this location, but today I ordered double the patty and only i got is one! I paid 2.30 for that. Above it all, the place was empty, no one was infront of me, otherwise, I would excise them being busy...
This was one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, but this Dunkin’ is located inside a hospital, where people are often stressed, sick, or dealing with serious situations. A little compassion goes a long way. I placed an order through the app, was charged twice, and the app said the order didn’t go through. When I went to the register for help, the employee told me she couldn’t do anything and directed me elsewhere instead of checking the system herself or looking at the incoming orders. There was no effort to help resolve the issue. Management should seriously consider training staff on basic customer service and empathy—especially in a hospital setting. Kindness and professionalism
This is one of the worst locations. My coffee order is frequently wrong, food isnt ready after 15 mins despite ordering online and the customer service is the worst. I try to avoid ordering here itll frustrate you.
Manager got mad at me because I complained they forgot croissant. When her employee asked if he should toast which he had to she said just give it to him like since he wants to complain!!
Open 24/7. But serves their coffee cold at night. Rather than remake the coffee, they used the latter steamer to warm it up.
