Dunkin'

Located at Boston Logan in Ter C. Very clean. Sunday at 12:00p good selection of donuts. Great service - fast and friendly. Iced coffee and donut were a welcome snack between flights. Great alternative to Starbucks. Starbucks had a long line. I got served here in under 5 minutes.

Another awful Dunkin. They all seem to be consistently bad. Order ice coffee with milk and got this mud water. I'm not sure why I go here. I want it to be good but it isn't.

A coffee shop without espresso is pretty sad. Ordered online and they let me put my order through but later told me they didn’t have a croissant and asked to modify my order. Then they placed an empty cup in the mobile order space without saying my name. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes because didn’t see a cup like what I ordered or hear my name. Finally went up to ask and saw the empty cup with a sticker and asked someone where they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have espresso. Didn’t offer to help change it or a refund just said “we don’t have espresso”. I eventually got a refund but it was not easy. Overall disappointing.

Dunkin' Donuts – A quick pickup before the flight! My go-to favorites: stuffed bagel minis with cream cheese and mini hash browns. If you're into coffee, this is a great spot to grab a cup too.

We didn’t have time for breakfast so after customs we looked for a place in the airport and decided to try Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and my husband had the sourdough breakfast sandwich with a large coffee, large tea, and a half a dozen donut holes and all of that came to around $30.00. I thought the price was reasonable, more reasonable than a sit down restaurant would’ve cost us at the airport. I would definitely choose Dunkin’ Donuts again over any other quick place to eat at the airport.
