Dunkin'

I stopped in before work and bought myself and my coworker coffee. Service took forever to take our order because the young lady was too busy chatting. Then she never let us know it was finished, she was once again chatting, so we were left standing there. When I finally sipped my coffee it was very stale.. undrinkable. I called to see if I could get a fresh coffee another time, but the number was unavailable. I am absolutely appalled. I was expecting to share a nice treat with my coworker but instead spent way too much money on disrespect, disappointment and a sour taste in my mouth. I can’t believe we tipped her for that.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Sign on door states 5pm closing, but was locked at 345pm. Drive thru employee could not be bothered to give us donut availability. Just a run down, dumpy dunkin!!! Pitiful!

Always gets my drinks wrong altogether or forgets to add sugar… every time you call because they messed up your order (again) they just tell you to drive back which gets really annoying after a while. Especially when they don’t even remember to ask for your name. In the photo I was supposed to receive a tea like the sticker says, like I ordered, but I actually received a coffee. And the app is garbage too

Blonde girl is drive thru is very unpleasant. I forgot to order a cold drink at the order box and asked to add it on at the window. She rolled her eyes at me looked to see if cars behind me. Sighed and said I guess...... seriously its a cold beverage that took less than 30 seconds to make. Maybe she should no be working with the public with that attitude.

Simple, easy, and quick. My only complaint is that they didn't call any names or orders. I waited abt 10 mins thinking my food was still being prepared. It took a customer telling me that my food was sitting there. But other than that, nice staff, good food, and great prices.
