Dunkin'

I went with my parents and both of them ordered hot coffee and they give them iced coffee. They gave me a frozen coffee knowing I have ordered a frozen chocolate without coffee. They do whatever they want. It was disappointing. And the prices were too high for that horrible service.

This place should be shut down. The lady kept me waiting at the cash register for 10 MINS and did not even bother to acknowledge i was waiting. Then rudely walked up to register and staring at me. The coffee was worst ive ever had. The cup had a really bad smell to it and it wasn’t even filled properly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Gave me a disgustingly reheated bagel. The bagel had become solid like a rock and I can't even eat that bagel. I would like to give them zero star.

Worst service ever! Purchasing from here is like throwing your money in the garbage LITERALLY!! They gave me wrong order after confirming they were not even sorry for it, instead when the guy was giving me the right order it almost seemed like he threw at me kinda way, and i had to throw my drink (cold brew) away because it was so bad. Please save your money and go somewhere else, the employees in the kitchen do not know what they are doing.

They ask for tip when you pay. It seems like if they don’t see one in your screen they get lazy on making you your order. They left out flavor from my drink after I paid for it.
