This just may be the worst Dunkin in the US. A star for being the worst is all you get. Every time ordered, they never got it right. My drinks literally taste like dirty water. Here is a picture of my “cocoa mocha latte”.
I love this Dunkin. The staff always seems to know my order they. They remake your drink if you have any issues. They are a great group of people. Maybe only ever had one problem since I've been going there. ☕
I give 2 stars because everytime I order online and do the walk in it takes forever o get my order!! The one time the Guy accidentally threw my order away so it took even longer. My second time i was waiting for a donut. Nothing else, a simple donut and it took 13 minutes plus me asking about it, just for me to get the donut. Otherwise id say most staff is nice. Though the tables there are usually dirty when I’m there, even when no one’s sitting there.
This place is a straight up JOKE😡BOOOOOOO!!!! TOMATO, TOMATO, TOMATO!!!! I was literally standing at the counter for almost ten mins while FIVE employees were behind the counter. Finally, I got tired of just staying there so I asked can I be helped? ERNESTO was his name, he turned around and had the nerve to say….”we’re occupied right now”🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️like r u kidding me? U do not say that to a customer. I worked as a server n I would NEVER say that to a customer. It was very rude and inconsiderate. I ordered four drinks and proceeded to wait at least ANOTHER ten mins for my drinks. They weren’t even that busy so I’m not understanding what the issue was? If I could give -2 stars, I would. I got a protein refresher. Asked for it to be a large first it comes as a medium also asked for less ice bc let’s be honest it tastes nasty watered down. And the girl at the drive threw just threw more ice in and threw it into a large cup. That isn’t right and I’m not happy abt it I can fill a small cup not even a medium it’s all ice. I literally can’t even move my straw.
