So we live right up the street and we're not every day Dunkin people. But over the last few years, especially 2025, we've rolled through the drive through in the predawn or otherwise obscenely early hours.. and the place seems to be run very well. Consistently. So there is one particular young man who has totally risen to match my energy each and every time we've been there. It's nice to start the day with a positive interaction, and so far this place is a solid A +the line time, coffee quality, and sandwiches have been on point too.
If they could check the inventory of the particular donut before I pay them. Yes, I paid and then was told that the donut I paid for is not in stock. Is that rocket science to train staff accordingly? I must add that they were not busy at all. Only one guest quietly eating his stuff on his table. No drive through, nothing. All good otherwise
Always get the wrong sandwich given to me, I ask for sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I get a bacon, egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. I'm already at work. Get it together
This location has gotten worst as time has gone on. Prices are worse, and now they're trying to justify shrinkflation in their drinks. Not filling them up all the way. Also, I get that you might mishear an order, but getting defensive and arguing with the customer is a bad look.
If you get sugar in your coffee, doesn't it make sense to stir it? Not at Dunkin. I'm there every morning & I stopped going in the afternoon since they can't stir a coffee. For some reason almost every cup has a mouth full of grounds at the end. So nasty, not worth the money we pay. And I got a Jelly stick recently, curious if there was a shortage of jelly.
