Dunkin'

This is my fave dunkin. I'm really particular about my coffee. I'm the 1st 2 say, it's a bit more than cream n sugar. Jus saying the order out loud is exhausting but they always nail at this dunks. They're all super friendly n more than efficient. If there is a line, it usually moves really quik. I highly suggest throwing a buck or 2 in the tip cup if u can 2 show ur appreciation. I try 2. I can't tip each n every time but I do when I can

I stopped into this location at around 7:30 this evening primarily because I had to go to the bathroom really bad and I was an hour from home still. I barged into the empty store and made a beeline to the restroom, which was single stall and clean enough. While I was doing my thing, I ordered a drink and some food through the mobile app as an apology for busting in there. Food was as fresh as it gets in a Dunks, and my drink was ready as soon as I got out. The two ladies working there were quiet and were very polite. There wasn’t anyone else there. My only real issue was that the ladies room had no toilet paper and nothing I could use to substitue that. So that was super fun.

Prompt, efficient service. Not as friendly as usual at a Dunkin, but it was a busy morning. Great place for hitting the drive thru as they have a curving drive to accommodate vehicles. Delicious coffee.

What's so difficult with 2 coffee orders: 1 Decaf - no sugar & no cream; and the other Regular - with cream, no sugar? What we received: 2 coffees, BOTH with cream & sugar!!! Did not realize it until we were miles away.

The lady at the front counter with the white sweatshirt on had an attitude problem. She's rude to customers and act like you're an inconvenience to her. she's at her job doing the job that she's paid to do which is serving customers. If you hate your job that much quit or go make donuts in the back, otherwise turn that frown upside down and do yourself a favor and be pleasant to people. As I said you work in customer service and are supposed to be somewhat nice. It takes more muscles to frown than it does to 😃
