Dunkin'

Pittsfield, MA has several Dunkin locations, but this one seems very busy, with cars backed up in the drive thru lane onto the adjoining street. If you are thinking about coming here, best to order ahead with the Dunkin app and do an in-store pick up. There is a nice gazebo with plenty of seating in the back if you want to sit down. This location gets an extra star for the gazebo.

Such a beautiful location next to lake but staff needs training including management in food safety and cleanliness

This is a beautiful location and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately found a long dark hair inside my iced coffee... I won't be returning

Disorganized, to say the least. Had to wait TOO LONG for simple service at the counter, because workers were tripping over each other trying to get the backed-up drive thru moving. Customers behind me in line actually left because it was taking too long. Need one person dedicated to counter service and then, once your indoor customer's orders are taken; dealt with, THEN help out at the drive thru!! On top of that, there was apparent miscommunication? and we received one donut other than what we asked for.

You can watch the great lake view while eat something and drinking coffee here. Nice location.
