Dunkin'

First time in this location .. always a fan of their refreshers and my kid loves them . Location wise , it’s very good. Lots of shops around . Parking is a bit small here . Very limited . I went off peak hours and i got one .. the inside of this was really good . Lots of space to sit and eat . Nice and clean restrooms . Service was good . 👍 Can’t believe they ran out of the donuts ! Almost zero .. nothing left . Hashbrowns were good . Loveddddd the mango refresher .. and also the baskin Robbin’s milk shake . They also ran out of strawberry refreshers . Good experience overall .. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went through this Dunkin' location and ordered a half dozen boxes of donuts and a mango protein refresher. I was then overcharged 4$ by the cashier which they used my entire gift card and an extra 2$ from my card to total too 22$ in which I should've only been charged 18$ . In the location, you will see an overrun receipt machine with like 15 receipts stuck inside that aren't being given to the customer when they ask for it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

My friend and I both got iced lattes, one cookie butter and one mocha. When we received them we were horrified at the tastes. They were completely watered down and tasted terrible. They were utterly inedible. Our other friend tried both and went to go throw up. This is unacceptable, we wasted our money, and we will not be returning to this Dunkin anytime soon. And we also ordered a hot coffee and instead for a hot chocolate. Unacceptable. I want a refund.

She should get trained. Customer told her to give less ice drink. And she is like next time I’m gonna charge you 1$. You could have take it this time. It’s not about 1$. When I said less ice then why you are crying about it She is the lady

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Dunkin' was frustrating enough to warrant one. The service was incredibly poor — slow, disorganized, and inattentive. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order, only to receive the wrong item. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, offering no apology or solution. The store was also messy, with trash overflowing and tables left uncleaned. It didn’t seem like anyone was managing the location properly. This isn’t the level of service I expect from a national chain like Dunkin’. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made this a truly disappointing visit. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
