By far this store has the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a while. I once heard that you can tell the cleanliness of a restaurant and its people by the cleanliness of their restrooms. Hands down this restaurant has the trophy for clean restaurant, clean bathroom and clean outdoor. I will give them 5 stars for cleanliness. On the other hand, the customer service is no as sharp as it could be. There was no greeting, little to no friendliness and even when I tried to include a compliment about the bathroom, the service was still flat. Maybe it was that day, I will continue to try this location out just for the simple fact the facility is clean. Hopefully the service quality will increase to a much greater level. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a mango pineapple refresher like I do every morning. When I opened my bagel it had black flakes all over the top and piece of a napkin STUCK to the bottom half of the bagel. Didn't even eat it and the drink tastes off. This is not the first time I've had issues like this at this location. Just go to Starbucks, pricier but cleaner.

I ordered a mobile order for my boyfriend the end of April, I ordered him a refresher and a croissant breakfast sandwich. The food was very good and the service was also great too, the order was finished and ready as soon as my boyfriend had arrived. Would definitely order from here again and I would come in person also.

Came to the building at 6:05 (lobby closes @ 9) wanted a coffee and to use the restroom. Workers were sitting down on their phones with the doors locked….all lights on and “open” sign lit up. He signaled me that they were closed but there were cars in the drive thru ordering. Very rude and unprofessional

Went to the drive through, and received someone else’s coffee order. By the time i realized it i had already left. When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. I always such a better experience here than berlin. Love this place ❤️
