Dunkin'

So to start The staff was friendly. The girl working on Wednesday night was nice but I could see she didn’t understand how to make a tea with milk and sugar. It was a very strange experience asking for a tea with milk and sugar and receiving a tea with no sugar or milk. she was very confused. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with a bit of cream cheese. When I open the paper there was a nicely toasted bagel but no cream cheese on it. After eating the bagel plain I found a package off cream cheese in the bottom off the bag😂 I though a coffee shop would make it as the customers asked. They do at all the other Dunkin’s I stop at. I’m not sure iff it was laziness or just their policy. There was so one in the drive through or counter when I was there so it wasn’t busy.

Like every other Dunkin’ Donuts, they’re trying to rush out more food and drinks, faster and faster, and the quality is awful. Not a good experience. Definitely will not be back, this is the 2nd Dunkin’ Donuts’s in Billerica Mass that is miserable to go to and is not worth your time or your money.

This is a nice little Dunks inside of a Mobil gas station just off of route 3. If you need a quick pit stop while passing by, this is a great spot to hit that won't add much time to your commute.

Normally I have a decent experience, but today I ordered 2 large lattes with mocha and whole milk, after 12 minutes I. Line I get to the window and pay and notice they have 2 large ice coffees with mocha waiting and I point it out. The poor window guy tur s and ask the manager and she said that they where lattes and it ored that, I the customer who has been drinking the same order for 12 years and know what it's supposed to look like before I even taste it, said. I want my money back bit they won't pick up the phone.

employees dont listen to shit that you order and mess up every week with the simplest things.
