Dunkin'

I asked for a medium hot chocolate without whip cream, I got handed a cup smaller than others who ordered the same. I kindly asked the manager if something happened to my order, the manager proceeds and opens my cup looks inside, closes it and slides(not hand over) it back to me and without a word just looks at me like I was in the wrong. I simply asked a question why was my cup smaller than everyone else. With one of the most disrespectful tones she said “u didn’t get any whip cream so that’s why.” And that’s all I wanted! A simple answer to a simple question! So to the manager that works here overnight, you should respect your customers more or don’t work in any establishment that includes talking to customers. So disappointing.

Disappointing. Coffee, refreshers, and munchkins were good. But the sandwiches and hash browns were a joke. Food was barely cooked and the “hash browns” were unflavored tots.

The worker “Mimi” was EXTREMELY rude, has a very flagrant way of explaining things, especially to older people.

The 2 ladies hustling their butts deserve a raise they get 5 stars for dealing with that long line of impatient people!! 7/7/25 came today very long line. They need more help in the store.

People working here are definitely working hard. Part of our order was missing, but we didn't notice until got to the room. Kids wouldn't eat the bagels because they "smell weird" which i concur. Something off about the smell/taste.
