Dunkin'

This is my local Dunkin Dounut's and unfortunately its by far the worst one. It's privately owned. I recently visited just before work and order a small mocha iced latte. I was desperate and need a coffee before I didn't sleep well and I was going into a 12 hour shift. I also called corporate and was told that I would receive a call back from the store owned but I never did. My coffee was warm, and almost had zero ice in it and was foaming/curddle. It was absolutely disgusting. I drank it fast because I needed a pick me up and I regret it. For every one good coffee you get there's 4+ terrible one to follow. It's your typical store ran by teens who don't care.

I love this Dunkin! My orders are always made correctly and the iced coffee isn’t loaded with ice!

This is the second time I was charged for items I did not order. I was also given an inaccurate order. I tried calling, and no one picked up the phone. Good thing I got my receipt, or I would not have known! The people taking the order have attitude problems and clearly do not like their job! I also ordered the wraps, and they came in the bag smashed already (see photos). It's like they don't even know how to serve the food either! Why do I either have smashed wraps, burnt wraps, raw bacon, or a combination of the 3?! This place must be that miserable to work at.

The quality of the food has went down unfortunately. Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and would frequent daily on my way to work but after so many inconsistencies I gave up and started going to Wawa every morning for coffee. Today I was craving a Blueberry muffin and stopped by Dunkin only to be given what looks like a burnt half of muffin. It was hard and I threw it away. Definitely have to get better on quality and hope not to continue to lose customers.

This place only deserves one star because our order was actually right. Had it not been I'd be seeking how to rate it ZERO stars! Drive thru kid was extremely rude and miserable. Then, my hash browns looked like THIS! This Dunkin has gone downhill!! 🤦‍♀️
