Dunkin'

I usually go to this Dunkin since it’s on my way to work but I don’t think I will anymore. The lady who takes orders is very rude and unpleasant. She’s always in a rush and the orders gets messed up. Last week I ordered egg and bacon on an English muffin and when I got to work and opened it up it was just bacon. No egg or anything else. The following week when I went again and mentioned it to the lady all she said was “oh”. No apologies or anything. And every time I go through the drive through I can hear the employees getting loud with each other. They’re always yelling and seem rushed when there is no one else on the line behind me so there’s no need to be rushed. It’s just all around an unfriendly atmosphere and I will not be going back anymore.

my best friend got this chocolate milk here. didn't look at the date and gulped it down... it's 23 days out of date looked through their cooler had 11 more out of date. he's already throwing up. after 10 minutes

Ordered a drink and 10 munchkins. They said they were out of munchkins which were 3.59 and then they tried to tell me I could only get 2 donuts (1.48 ea) to compensate which wouldn't have even added up to 3.59 before tax. I asked for a muffin (2.39) and a donut (1.48) to compensate which for a few cents more would cover the inconvenience of not having what I ordered. They wanted to make a big deal about it saying plus tax. Tax has nothing to do with what I initially ordered which would have been even more if I added the tax to it.

DON'T GO UNLESS YOU LIKE EATING MOLD DONUTS! Wish I could rated it ZERO!!! Last time, the staff gave us MOLDY donuts!!! The manager never called back for customer satisfaction, did nothing for quality control. If you want to eat a donut and end up in hospital, this is the best place to go. Also, there is this one old woman who is super racist. I asked for a flavored coffee, and she was really unhappy and shaking her head when placing my order. It is your job to sell coffee and place orders, not judging what people ordered in their coffee. Then she served a white guy behind me before I got my order. Shame on her. They should train their employees better. Worst DD shop in town!!!!!!

Awesome Dunkin Donuts store. The workers were fast and nice to me. She got my order correct and the food was delicious. So was the tea, which I would give an extra star if I could.
