Good evening Family. I visited for the first time today, this location. I wanted something hot to drink, like coffee or tea. I should have asked for tea, but I got coffee instead. I ordered black, medium and decaf coffee. My order was $2.87 and it was ready quickly. I paid by cash and I asked for my receipt. I forgot to ask for my senior discount. My order would have been cheaper. The lady who rung me up was named Patel. I had a good experience here today. I used the rest room and it was clean, but no toilet paper. I had essentials in my purse so I improvised. I left my coffee on the counter when I was in the rest room and it was there when I returned. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for quite a while now, and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even during busy times, the drive-thru is very fast and efficient, which I really appreciate when I’m in a hurry. Everyone always seems to have a positive attitude, and it makes a difference in starting my day off right. Overall, this location never disappoints, and I highly recommend it!
This morning I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered a signature latte with oat milk. I said oat milk twice because I figured she didn’t listen to me because she wasn’t paying me much attention when I received the drink. I looked at the tag and it said oat milk so I proceeded to drink it and immediately as I drink it and swallow it I realize that this is not oat milk I went to the counter and I said to them hey this is not oat milk. I ordered oat milk. She held it in her hand, looked around spoken a different language so the gentleman who made the drink and said something with oat milk she proceeded to make the drink herself he giggled. She giggled as if it’s funny. This is very rude. I don’t understand what is so funny about the situation. She makes me the drink. She handed back to m
never coming here again, the people working were incredibly rude both at the drive thru and in person when i had to go in to fix an online order. a part of my order was missing and it was a simple mistake due to the way their ordering system showed in store vs what was on my phone, however, the employees were incredibly rude during every interaction despite me being polite from start to finish. the food itself was pretty ok but the coffee was horrible with little to no milk added and what seems like no syrup despite it being listed as a line item. that normally wouldnt bother me but combined with the rudeness i experience i am never coming back to this location and would recommend others not to as well.
Went there and ordered a coffee and a sandwich. Got to the window. Had to get my wallet out my bag. An older guy called me a name. Or at least it didn't sound friendly. Since he used a foreign language. Then he slammed the window shut. Stood there and glared at me. Not to tier service for sure.
